In spite of the fact that the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market is growing, medicine consumption per capita remains low. According to the results of 8 months of 2011, the total volume of pharmaceutical sales of all categories of goods amounted to 17.3 billion UAH in money equivalent and 1.2 billion. - in containers, compared with the same period of the previous year by 17,8% in money equivalent and by 1.4% in natural expression (according to company Proxima Research). The consumption of the same medicine remains at the level of $37 per capita per year. Alexander Blank has spoken at the second practical conference ”Sales Force Efficiency-2011” in Kyiv with a report titled “Peculiarities of Slavonic Field Services Motivation.” Considering the many years of successful practical experience of his company in the market, the Director General of the Rost Group Alexander Blank proposed to complement the standard Key Performance Indicator with the “Slavonic mentality” factor, to allow the motivation of personnel and to achieve high results from projects.
